Attendees will learn about cooking diabetic friendly meals of soul-food favorites.  Dishes will include spicy jumbalaya, stovetop Mac & Cheese, Soul-Slaw, and a sweet potato trifle.  This event is not open to the public.

Employees’ tastebuds will be transported around the world  as they taste samples of a variety of lentil dishes done in Indian, Hispanic and African styles. Quinoa will also be represented on this cultural taste extravaganza.  This event is not open to the public.
